1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 16 business days after your order has been shipped.

A: Most of our suppliers are based in Europe and Asia.
3. What is the quality of your products?
A: Our items are of premium quality, and we showcase authentic product photos on our website.
4. When will my order be shipped?
A: Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our distribution facility, where it is processed, customized, packaged, and shipped.
A shipping confirmation is usually sent by email within 2 to 7 business days after purchase.
5. Can I pay in installments via boleto?
A: Unfortunately, installment payments are only available through Credit Card and Klarna.
6. I ordered several products but only received part of them. Is that normal?
A: Yes, that’s completely normal. Some items may be shipped separately to avoid customs delays or taxation issues.
7. What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry — we closely track all shipments. If your order hasn’t arrived within 120 business days after being dispatched, we’ll provide a full refund in line with our shipping policy.
